Great staff and excellent location.
The staff in the hotel were super helpful and the location was excellent. We were given a larger room than expected so were very happy! The hotel itself is just slightly dated and could do with a bit of a spring clean in the rooms. It's great for a weekend in Manchester exploring but maybe not for a romantic weekend staying in!

Nice hotel, good location.
Lovely hotel, great location. Breakfast was a little disappointing. For the price, I’d have expected the eggs to be cooked to order rather than a platter of fried eggs under a hot plate. It was also an incredibly hot day and the room was like an oven. The aircon was very ineffective and the windows locked so there was no way to cool the room to a more comfortable temperature. However, I do understand the limitations of an old building and it didn’t detract from my stay. Lastly, there were no visible signs to the hotel car park so I parked in the NCP. Apparently the NCP remove the hotels car park signs. This should be addressed.

Manchester night away.
Great hotel in a great location. Easy access to many many fine pubs and eating places. Very close to the Arndale Centre if you fancy a bit of shopping.
