The Comfort Inn was a great place to stay. The bed was super comfortable, the staff friendly and location was close to restaurants and shopping. The only thing that management might want to look at is the breakfast that is included in the price of hotel. When we received our card there is a note saying in order to have your breakfast served you have to call the front desk. It did not specify that you have to call as soon as you check in. In the morning we called to have our breakfast delivered and they said we were not on the list and we were suppose to call on our arrival if we wanted this service. I think they should be more clear on this. Regardless the front desk person I spoke to was very nice and had a breakfast sent up to us. I just think this should be made a little clearer so there is no misunderstanding. With that said we had a good experience and would stay at this hotel again.

We had a nice “business” room that was clean and nicely appointed. The only thing was there was only one bedside table and no outlets on one side of the room so it was probably designed for a solo traveller. But overall a nice hotel.

I booked a room for my daughter and pre paid it through Expedia. She was required to put a $250 deposit for incidentals upon check in. Upon her checking out the next morning, the clerk informed her she could only refund her $91 dollars. When my daughter pressed the issue and asked for a clear explanation as to why, she wasn’t given a satisfactory answer, but once she mentioned she would call me, who booked and paid the room , she was immediately refunded her full deposit. Would not recommend based on this experience.
