Perfect hotel
We stopped here 2nd November for my Mother in-laws 60th & we couldn't fault the hotel at all, anything we asked they was happy to do. This hotel is in great location for transport just 10min walk to Victoria coach station & tube. I would highly recommend this hotel & will definitely be stopping here again if I return to London.

Very noisy room
Very noisy lower ground room . Woken up very early by noisy staff chatting, breakfast being prepared above us in the dining area with trolleys being wheeled back and forth over non carpet flooring and lots of bags of rubbish being put out. Our room looked out onto the area where the rubbish was being stored .

A hobbits room
The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was excellent, unfortunately my room was like a cupboard under the stairs. It was tiny and hardly any room which is fine if you are a hobbit but at 5ft 10inchs was not fun!
