The hotel itself was fine.. clean but no bathroom door lock. Went to order room service but the room's QR code was missing.. anyway I'm so glad we ended up eating downstairs. The staff in that area were lovely, so attentive and helpful. The portions were generous even for the kids free meals and when they saw it was my son's birthday they sang to him and brought extra dessert. It absolutely made his day!

Easy to find the hotel and enough parking. The reception team were happy informative and helpful booking us in quickly. Our room was clean and air-conditioning worked well. We had a wonderful meal that was served quickly and the kids free meals were generous portions. The team worked the food and drinks were super excellent service and nothing was to Much trouble we felt really well looked after. The foosball table was a big hit with the children. Overall really happy with everything and will definitely use the hotel again when we go to Legoland.
