Pleasant
The only niggles I have is that there was no mirror above the desk and the towels maybe should be replaced as they were quite rough and stained. Also, we accidentally left the do not disturb sign on the door when we went out for the day (totally our fault) but it would have been nice to have been left the daily items at our door (coffee, tea, etc). Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay, the staff were lovely and it was a great location. The room wasn't the biggest and had a very small window so not much natural light. Perhaps a bit overpriced.

Great stay in Edinburgh
Check-in on the app was easy. Room was ready on time. Overhead lights did not work in our room. Callam worked immediately to address and offered a credit for our inconvenience. We loved the location and the breakfast that offered buffet style for on the go or ordering for a more bespoke experience was fantastic. Full marks for the Doubletree and the staff in Edinburgh.
