Best hotel I have ever stayed at!
Hotel was stylist, clean, family-friendly and best service I have ever received. From check in to check out this was an amazing experience. Rooms were amazing (we had 2 family suites), pool was very good, breakfast superb but the best was the the staff! The gentleman at the reception (unfortunately I didn't get his name) was beyond helpful, even to the point where he came out of the hotel, after we had checked out, to shake our hands goodbye. Never have i felt so welcomed, and I have travelled most of the world through business. Location was good and everything within a short walk. 6* hotel in my opinion!

Short stay in Copenhagen
Stayed here for 2 nights on a short stopover in Copenhagen with my family. Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Location is ideal, very central and close to all main attractions. Room was clean, and comfortable and rate was good especially for Copenhagen. It was a little noisy at night time, which didn't bother us, but may put off a light sleeper. We will defintely stay in this hotel again if we are in Copenhagen.

Definitely the best hotel in Hildesheim with cheap and convenient parking below. Excellent location. Restaurant is a little understaffed but the food is very good. Bar is totally understaffed (at one point we had to wait 12 minutes to find a bartender/waiter, but all are very friendly. Airconditioner was dripping condensation onto floor in entrance hallway in the room. Sink drain was draining too slowly.

Very nice hotel right in the centre
The hotel is beautiful, really lovely. The rooms are large and easy to find. There's a lovely area for reading just over reception and the pool is wonderful and very warm -be careful on the floor though when you get out of the pool. Plus excellent Parking facilities under the hotel with reduced cost for hotel guests. My only criticism is the breakfast. While there is a fairly nice selection and it's in a lovely restaurant attached to the hotelthe price is absolutely extortionate! €15 each per day. It is definitely not worth that price. Add I said, it's a very nice selection but still could be better potentially by including a bit of table service rather than just a buffet. Other than the cost of breakfast it was lovely
