Disappointing
We were moved here as the hotel we booked in Ascot was full. This hotel was also full but it felt like we were given what would be an adjoining room that sadly joined to a room that had a hen party having a great time until 2am Sandwich ordered to room at 9.35pm as no other food available. Only option ham which arrived on floppy white bread with spam/ham and a few scattered crisps. We paid £21 for 2 sandwiches. Toiletries Elemis was just a hand/body soap and a shampoo Receptiin staff were lovely and breafast good. Although if you want a cappacino its another £4

Hotel has very dated decor. Some parts are a bit tired and could do with a bit of tlc. No EVC points so not very green. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel is ok - does the job.
Have stayed here before. It's ok, and they have the indoor pool and sauna/steam room etc. Check-in wasn't so welcoming, with a stern welcome and being informed we were too early. But a quick call found a room available - but a £30 charge to go and leave our bags in there. This despite the room already being ready. We only wanted to drop the bags in as we were off to see family. How not to welcome people, we said to each other. Room was ok. Spa ok, but always seems to be a bit tired. Breakfast is adequate and the hotel bar has Peroni on draft. Usual question - would we stay here again? It's a yes, but only if we want a steam room to use. Their £30 charge to put a bag in an empty room might cost them.
