The hotel has been recently renovated and looks amazing, while keeping the original charm of the place. The restaurant and bar has such a cosy but vibrant atmosphere, with a brilliant menu (delicious) and such kind staff. Every single person who we met was friendly, and we felt so welcomed - as was our dog! Will stay again.

Beautiful decor and the bed is truly comfortable, didn’t want to leave. It’s great to have proper tea making facilities in the room (not just an espresso machine). Fantastic bar staff and fun atmosphere in the beautiful bar. Have stayed in many Bath hotels, this is now my favourite.
