At the end it was a good stay. At the beginning it wasn't convenient but they have compensated us for that so I am happy. Location is very good, clean. Will stay here again. Staff are helpful at the front desk. As a suggestion it will be good if they can have a small fridge in the room.

Decent sized and clean room. Good WiFi. Comfortable bed. Located 7-10 minutes walk away from the main attractions of the Falls area. There’s a pool - we didn’t use it. Parking was extra - quite expensive at CAN$20. Breakfast at the hotel iHop was pricey, even with the vouchers. We went to the All You Can Eat Breakfast Buffet for CAN$6.99 instead.

A few minutes' walk from the Falls, which was what we booked for, and the Falls are fantastic, absolutely worth the visit. The town above the Falls is just unpleasant: litter everywhere; casinos, sex shows, and everything that comes with them. The hotel was OK. More run-down and dirtier than any other I've stayed at in Canada, but not unacceptably so. The pool is slightly larger than a bathtub, but not much. They gave us a book of vouchers that were all overpriced--you could get better deals for cheaper within five minute's walk. I suspect from wandering around that it's as good as anywhere in town, but that didn't seem to be saying much.

We were just up for the weekend to get away from some family/work drama. It was a very comfortable and quiet stay, just what we needed. It helped clear our heads a lot.

I have stayed at the Ramada before, however i must say, this by far was the worst. I was hassled at check in and the room I booked online was not what i got. It was very dirty, the sheets had stains the lights and jet tub were not working. Very disappointed

The room was nice but the hotel manager was extremely rude. I have never stayed at a hotel where my debit card was charged upfront for the room and deposit before I even checked in. I specially booked to pay at the hotel which I was told in my confirmation email my card would not be charged upfront yet it was charged the morning of the day I was checking in before I even got there. I did not want the deposit put on my debit card yet I wasn’t even given the opportunity to decide. When I confronted the manager about the issue he told me that it was my fault that I used a debit card to reserve the room, so that’s why my card was charged, because I didn’t use a credit card. I’ve never been treated so poorly when checking into a hotel and I will NOT be booking at the hotel ever in the future and neither will any of my family.
