Spring break trip with family and friends, its a nice hotel. The staff seems a bit standoffish, the lobby is confusing and the rooms have a awkward layout when remodeled but all in all its a fun place to stay. the pool is amazing for kids and families.

Great couples getaway
Overall, a wonderful getaway. The Resort is terrific and Telluride is fabulous. Service is outstanding. This was our fourth stay at the resort and we experienced the best service yet. There are parts of the physical property that are getting tired and could use some sprucing up. My one significant complaint is that some of the resort has been sold off as condos. The unit across from us was one such owned unit and the owner had a dog that barked incessantly. The front desk acknowledged it and did sent up security, but essentially informed us that there really wasn't anything they could do since is was an owned unit. I am guessing the condo declaration would give management the ability to do something.

We love staying at the Peaks. However, this trip, our bed was very uneven and had a big divot in the mattress on one side and a big 'island' in the middle. Was so bad we even tried to spin the mattress to see if we could avoid the deep crevice. All in all, a nice time, but I prefer the spring at the Peaks - I feel the service level is higher. Gorgeous views and a wonderful time overall! One other note- the wifi is not secured, which means we were using cell/data to do business. I would like to see an option to have secure wifi, even if that meant a charge for that upgrade.
