Staff was nice but the hotel wasnt too good. I was going on my own but i still selected a double bed, the room was set up for 2 although it was just me going. last minute i changed plans and brought a friend which then they charged then £25 to stay there although i already gave them £100+ The walls are thin so you can hear people in other rooms arguing/Wrestling

Check in was quick and friendly. The free parking was helpful. The WIFI was OK... but the road noise was horrendous! It was like sleeping with the window open. Secondary glazing is a must.

Damp and stale room
The room we stayed in was damp and smelled really stale with 1970’s decor (Room 208). We couldn’t leave the window open over night, as the traffic noise was too loud. The bed mattress was not particularly comfortable and the shower didn’t work very well and was very weak flow. The linen and room were clean and the car park had plenty of space though. The bus stop outside the hotel was handy to get into the centre of Brighton. We had another central Brighton hotel booking cancel on us at late notice, so limited availability to choose from.
