I stayed for 3 nights because my oldest daughter just started Sussex University. The room was nice, food was very good but what was truly exceptional is the service! What amazing, friendly staff you are fortunate to have! Barry at the front desk, everyone at breakfast, bar staff, cleaning staff. All the colleagues were friendly, smiling and made feel very welcome. Almost homely ☺️ I will be back!

Felt hotel was over priced. Check in was slow. Only stayed there because it had parking, no spaces, had to park in multistorey. Brighton is not very good for cars.
