The staff here is wonderful. The breakfast setting cannot be beat and the biggest extensive. Because it is an old building there are two steps in certain places so if that is an issue for you get a porter for luggage. The furniture in n my small room( I had classic room rate) was small and the furniture dark and massive. The window was stain glass so to get a view I had to open the window which then opened it for mosquitos. I saw other rooms and they were larger and more light filled. Book one category up is my advice. Location was good. I would definitely rebook but different category room.

Could have done with easier access to charge phones and other tech within room. The bathroom was clean but could use a new coat of paint. Great and powerful shower. It’s a short walk to the Duomo, shops, cafe, grocery store (Conad) and even a self-serve laundry.
