Definitely recommend! Book it!
I loved this hotel and I will be booking here from now on when I'm in the area. It was small and cozy. We checked in late, like 3am... Ilani is close by, so you know, we had to make a pit stop. The woman at the front desk was the sweetest and gave us warm fresh cookies! The room that we got was right across from the elevator, and I was so disappointed as soon as I walked out of the elevator and saw our room number! However I was pleasantly surprised how the room was set up! It's a long rectangle shaped room, not a square like typical rooms. The bed was at the far end of the room away from the door. It was so quiet, cozy and comfy! It was very clean and so perfect. It felt as though everything was so perfectly planned out by people, real people... not a corporate business who just want to make a profit. When we checked out, the front desk was so kind as well. Check in and out was super quick and hassle free.

Not worth the value
This is a beautiful hotel but we had several problems and didn’t feel the value received was worth the $181.00 fee. We planned our arrival for check in time at 3 PM arriving about 3:10 with four kids and three adults in a car with everyone not wanting be cooped up anymore. We were told that our room wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes. We took the kids swimming weren’t enough towels at the pool for those down at the pool. We thought we had reserved a room at a hotel that had continental breakfast when in fact the wording was missed leading by saying breakfast available.Yes it was available for $9.95 per adult and $5.95 per kid so we ended up going to the store and getting $40 worth of food and feeding everyone in the room. One of the kids accidentally spilled water all over the blanket they needed to sleep with for the night and we thought because the amenities stated laundry services that there was washer and dryer’s in the hotel when actually it was just a valet service. When asking the people at the desk for help with this they directed us to a laundromat down the road. We had just gotten back from getting groceries for breakfast and were not going out again. When we needed to get some help with things we attempted to use the telephone and discovered it wasn’t even hooked up with a cable it was just a paperweight on the nightstand. Upon check out we relayed our concerns and were told if we hadn’t paid with a third-party we would have received a refund.

fine Hotel, overpowering mildew smell
The hotel was fine but our bathroom and room smelled awful - a very strong mildew smell. It didn’t dissipate at all. If we would’ve checked in earlier in the evening I would’ve asked for a new room but it was late and our four kids needed to go to bed. It gave me a headache / stomachache. Even my husband said he wouldn’t take a shower in the bathroom.
