Views are the only plus
We had a suite with oceanfront and city views which was the high point of the visit. The amenities were disappointing - there was a coffee maker but no coffee or filters available. The carpet in the hallway was wet the whole time of my visit. The water pressure was non-existent. The sofa was lumpy and uncomfortable. The carpet was filthy and I found fleas in my dog's water bowl. The restaurant was closed due to COV-ID so I can't blame them for that. Overall, the hotel offers nothing by the view; I will not stay there again.

Stay Away
Stay away. Stay away. Stay away. Book somewhere else. Please stay away from this hotel. They definitely have a scam going on. Please be ware! Take pictures and report anything Broken upon arrival, which is everything! Broken microwave. Floor is always wet. They left used mask around the room. Doors to the balcony doesn’t lock. When we checked in there was a broken chair in the balcony as well as a loose rail which is a safety concern; that the hotel staff was accusing us of braking; they said “someone” saw us jumping on top of chairs and jumping from rail to rails like little kids. Mind you, We are all over 30 years of age! The staff was very disrespectful and told us they can choose to evict us when ever they want. Please save yourself the headache and book somewhere else. We got evicted at 1 am with no place to go.

Covid Concerns
No one was wearing a mask in the hotel. Extremely uncomfortable considering the hotel staff did not enforce it! They allowed families and groups to enter in and out of the small lobby and elevator without masks. Disturbing. Staff themselves did not wear masks

Great location, but quality of cheap motel
Hotel has a great location, but it is very run down. The room was not necessarily dirty, but it was not the cleanest. Checked in and the room 810 was decent except no air conditioning. Told the front desk about it and they were happy to move us after trying to fix it. We were fine with that. New room was 610 and was nice size. The shower worked well. The balcony doors on both rooms did not lock and the balconies are not private at all. When walking out to balcony you are easily viewed from inside rooms next to you and easily seen above you. View is good we saw city and ocean. One concern was someone could easily go over the railing and come into our room at any moment. It did no appear that the other room's doors were able to be locked either. There wasn't a do not disturb sign. Only small soaps were offered. Every piece of furniture was broken. Hair dryer was cracked and sparking. Phone outlet in room 810 was burnt and appeared to have been on fire at some point. There are only a few free parking spots. Both nights we arrived back at hotel around 11pm and had to pay to park overnight. The room served its purpose, but for money spent we would have definitely stayed somewhere else. We had no issue with the people working there, but the hotel needs a major overhaul unless they plan to lower the price greatly.

You get what you pay for
The hotel was run down, in need of repair. They had real issues getting me checked in, including sending me to a room that was already booked.

Good before you settle in.
Our bathroom tub would noy drain and there was a period we did not have hot water. They did fix the drain issue right away. The tv only had 3 working channels. I was unable to access the wifi the entire week we stayed. The leg on the coffee table was almost broken off from a previous customer. The sliding door weatherization for the balcony needs replaced. This caused heavy moisture in our room and got a lot of things wet. The elevator broke down at some point during our stay. It has a good location and the staff were very nice, but the hotels condition is pretty bad and i would rather spend more to stay somewhere else next year thats up to date and not falling apart. Ocean city has better to offer im sure.

Summer Vacation
They had a good process in place to ensure we stayed safe amid all the Covid 19 situation. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished.
