Imposible recommend it!! A real scam!
There are bad hotels, but this one takes the prize for bad: tiny room, shared bathroom (we only discovered it upon arrival), shameful breakfast, not even a chair in the room An excessively high price for a place that cannot be classified as a hotel. A real scam!!! impossible to recommend it!

Served it's purpose, good stay
I booked a room well in advance and had serious doubts about staying have seen all the negative reviews and was even looking alternatives up to the last minute. Having stayed there, I don’t fully understand the negative feedback at all. Yes, it’s very bare bones, but the rooms were clean and tidy as were the shared bathrooms, and the staff were accommodating. Room wasn’t noisy either, maybe I was just lucky not being street side. I only needed somewhere to lay my head as I was going to out exploring the city most of the time and this hotel served its purpose, fantastic central location as well close to Times Square and all the main sites. Free Wi-Fi and luggage hold as well, which was a bonus. Annoyances: there were no clothes hooks in my room, the shared bathrooms were lacking toilet brushes so was tricky keeping in good state for the next user, and it took a while to fix a faulty cistern.

Sub par for the price paid
My fault for not realizing that the bathroom was communal and not inside each room. Though it wasn’t the best maintained and there was no soap dispenser either. The beds felt more like pieces of wood covered with some memory foam, the windows weren’t really clean and the lock mechanism was broken as well as the top window was not held in place well and can easily be slid down if not shut correctly. This was the smallest room I’d stayed in and it was barely wide enough between the bed and the wall to get to the other side of the room. The staff was really friendly and professional and allowed us to store our bags after checkout.
