2/10 Poor

Very bad overall, avoid
Very bad overall: The very poor service, insufficient staff, you have to wait a lot of time for any request, Hotel is worn down, Toilet paper holder fell on the floor and could have hurt our children, Housekeeping cleaning is terrible, Terrible communication skill by staff in terms of activities and how to move around. Extremely expensive for something that is such garbage. This is a 2 star hotel at the very most. We will never stay there again.

8/10 Very good

Room was wonderful gorgeous views of both falls. Big problem was our tub wouldn’t drain so I called front desk to have it repaired and no one ever showed up. When I called desk again I was told the maintenance man went home and there wasn’t anyone there to fixit. By now it was after midnight and we needed to shower. We ended up having to go to another room on a higher floor to shower. Very inconvenient and so far I’ve only received an apology.

Room with a view
We had an amazing stay from the moment we arrived. When my wife walked through the door to our room on the 17th floor, she literally screamed. What a view of the falls from the room, no need to fight the crowd to see the fireworks either. The room was updated, bed was plush and comfy, shower was great and the spa tub was also amazing. Yes, you pay a premium for your stay and its more than a similar room at other places, but you can't put a price on that view.

Amazing views
The extra expense of the fallsview on upper floors are worth it.. Fantastic overview and we were treated to a short fireworks and a display of lights illuminating both the Horseshoe and US falls.. The sunrise at 6 am is also beautiful

6/10 Good

Read the description Very well.
I expected Falls View because of the name of property. Upon much closer examination after check-in, I received river view. I didn’t even receive a good river view because of the trees blocking the view. On the first day, not wanting to be bothered, we put the do not disturb sign on the door. On the second day, wanting room service, we took the do not disturb sign off the door. We were gone from 9:00 AM until 4:45 PM. Came back and there was a cart in the hallway near our room, and no one to be found. Opened the door and still no room service. Never a knock on the door so no room service and no additional bottled water. This hotel only allows two bottles of water per day. Parking is an additional $39.95 per day and is, as I was told, 1-1/2 blocks away. Being handicapped I opted for the valet parking of only $59.95 per day plus taxes and fees. I don’t know what that will total yet. As I see it I could have saved a lot of money by staying at any other place for a cheaper amount. It is not likely I shall stay at a Marriott property again. Way overpriced for what you will receive. Upon leaving, I called, as I was supposed to ten minutes before needing my car. I arrived to pick up car 15 minutes later and still waited another 15 minutes. I left.
