    Just Fine

    For the most part the stay was fine. The room was clean. There was a family having a bbq and they were quiet. The room was configured weirdly and the towel rack was propped up in the bathroom. It was the over night stay we needed for a quick family meeting. Would probably not stay again though.

    BAD, BAD, BAD. ANYWHERE ELSE IS BETTER. BELIEVE ME

    Booking was easy and uneventful, as usual. But when got to hotel to check-in, was informed of $100 security deposit. It was not disclosed before booking res. I had just spent all of money for 2 nights and food to cook, as the room had kitchenette. My reservation was non-refundable, so I would be out the money spent for 2 nights. I explained that there was no notice about deposit on website and of my monetary situation, and asked to speak with manager. Associate behind desk called manager and informed her of my situation, but did nothing to remedy. Luckily I was able to contact a family member who sent me the amount for deposit and was able to stay for reservation. The stay was fine. Room was clean. There was not any kitchen items provided. And had to kill 2 roaches climbing up wall the last night there. But the kicker, is that 2 days later I was expecting my $100 deposit to be credited back to my account, and instead of pending transactions just falling off with money credited back.......it became a charge. I am LIVID! I AM DISGUSTE! I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY OR ANY EXTENDED STAY. I WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW AND DON'T, KNOW NOT TO BOOK WITH THIS COMOANY ANYWHERE!     Upgrade was a huge downgrade

    When we arrived to the hotel they had given away the room type we had reserved and we were given an “upgrade”. Instead of the two full beds and a twin pull out couch we had reserved we received the managers suit with one full bed and a twin pull out couch for 2 adults and three children. We had plenty of extra floor space, but bed time was cramped and uncomfortable. Full mattress was very firm and pull out couch mattress was average. Pillows were old and very lumpy. We only had one remote for two TVs and one of the TVs didn’t have a power cord, but maintenance managed to find one. We could not get the kitchen stove to unlock to use it. The bathroom did not have a fan, which I’m pretty sure is legally required, causing the fire alarm in the bedroom to beep from the steam. The pipe for the shower head stuck out from the wall a couple inches and the toilet leaked with every flush.

    My bathtube had a leak and my pillow were not comfortable and they had to switch me rooms because my first room the toilet didn’t flush at all and i used to go there but i will not be going back to extended-stay i paid 200 dollars for poor service never again

    Booked a room that included a pull out bed to sleep six. Room had a small kitchenette. But... the mattress in the pull out was barely over a twin and probably 30 years old. I think there was mold on it, as well. No bedding was provided in the room. Went and asked the staff for it. Was given sheets and a blanket, asked for pillows and was told they only had one available. One extra pillow in the whole hotel? Also, there were no dishes or cups in the room at all. Not even disposable ones to use when brushing your teeth. I know traveling during covid has changed things, but this seemed ridiculous. The staff was friendly enough. But, they were all dressed very casually. One was wearing jogging pants and had her dog following her around as she worked. It was rather strange. Besides the pull out, the room was clean. The lobby was clean too. I am just glad we were only staying one night.

    Wouldn't give me the room I reserved after saying they didn't have one and they overbooked. Finally after 20 minutes he said he had one which we needed for the room. The place was just plain nasty and after driving for 14 hours we ended up leaving and going to another hotel. Very dirty place and stinky.

    Terrible place unless you are desperate

    The delux suite with 2 queens and a sofa bed is a lie, there were only 2 queens and only about 2 foot of clearance on either side of them. Bathroom was covered in soap scum and calcium residue, the carpets were covered in crumbs from previous guest. We left after 15 minutes of checking in when i complained and demanded a refund the clerk said they could give us a rollaway bed to accommodate (3 adults,3 kids), but it was a small onevand wouldnt fit anyway. I declined and they said they would deny the refund because they offered to fix it. This was a false advertisement! And to make things worse the room they have pictured and advertised doesnt exist in their building. Highly disappointed with this hotel.

    The room I was in the bath tube didn’t work it didnt drain the water. I then told the staff they said that they would have the guy come the next morning. He never came then I went back down the next day and asked about the tube again then said that they put in a work order. I was never asked if I wanted to change room so that we could have a working shower. Just crazy and very upset about it. Then my key would lock is okay everytime I had about 10 different keys within a week.. we stayed there 7 nights and didn’t have a good stay at all. Then on check out the phone rang for the first time and when I tried to answer I noticed that the phone cord was cut off. I then went down to let them know that it was cut and they looked at me like I was stupid.. I will never stay there again.
