    Excellent hotel and staff
Excellent hotel, the staff were exceptional and very accommodating. It was my partners birthday and they helped to celebrate this by adding little extras like a birthday cake and card.

The entire family loved this hotel
We stayed in the Landmark Hotel as we were visiting London for the weekend for my son's 10th Birthday and wanted to make it very special for him and his brother (as it was their first time in London). The hotel was on the same road as Marylebone train station, which was one of our reasons for originally choosing it. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were very clean and the whole family loved the swimming pool. We had a family room which was very spacious and well presented. The only possible downside to the hotel is the high cost of breakfast (not included in price) - however we knew this at time of booking and instead we just got food from a café at Marylebone train station instead in the morning. Also M&S express food in Marylebone train station was very handy - which was open very late at night (11pm). The hotel also left a birthday card, cupcake, birthday message and bottle of champagne for my son's birthday. This was such a lovely touch and made him feel very special on his birthday ...... although he didn't have any of the champagne, I can vouch for it being very nice! The room also had free Wi-Fi which was very easy to access and worked great on all 4 of our devices at the same time!
