Okay if taking a Cruise
The prices are high. It’s only worth paying the high prices if you are taking a cruise from Vancouver. It’s very convenient for that. There are no reading lights at either of the 2 beds. There should be at least a 2 seater sofa on the large expanse of wall which was used only for a single chair. Most annoying of all is that 2 days before arrival you receive an email stating that unless you stay for a minimum of 3 nights there will be NO housekeeping and they mean it. It was then too late for us to make alternate arrangements and they know that and purposely wait until the last minute to tell you this so that you cannot then change your plans.

Convenient for cruising
We stayed here for our cruise as it was more convenient. The staff was really helpful. The view was beautiful. The stay was expensive, but the location convenience sure relieved our travel stress trying to navigate our first cruise experience.

Overrated hotel
The place is overrated. The front desk is in labor shortage and they works very slow and know nothing. My reservation has been paid and they said I need a credit card for deposit. I said I only has a visa debit card is that ok. The front desk first say no then asked someone else to figure it out. After about 5 minutes they told me I can use my debit card. Generally front desk is dumb for most questions. They also cannot issued a receipt for me when I check out. The front desk tried but say something goes wrong. The gym is good though and the pool is warm.
