It’s a beating Hotel (have been before) everything is possible and nothing is too much trouble! The staff are friendly but remain very professional! They are kind and polite and dress immaculately! We loved it so much we booked again for next year! The rooftop bar is absolutely splendid! Amazing views and extremely relaxing! It was really good to see staff still there — the last time we went was 2018 ! It’s very central to the whole of Viareggio and easy to get around other places! WE LOVED IT - thank you
