    For the most part it was very nice. The bed was not the most comfortable and I believe I booked a Queen room and got a double and this Queen seems to be smaller than the Queen bed I have at home. And the bed was not the most comfortable of beds. But overall it was a good experience. Staff were great, helpful and very friendly. The room itself was very clean and cozy.

    This place was pretty much what we expected, comfy beds, fun pool, and normal hotel room items (fridge, tv, toiletries, etc.). The location is not the best in Gananoque because it's not in the downtown area. The one thing that we didn't anticipate was no breakfast (because of covid), but we were still surprised by this because this is a time when restaurants are operating both indoors and outdoors .

    When we checked in it was quick which was a plus. Our 1st room was quite far from pool and no sliding door. Our A/C wasn't working so called and they moved us to a pool view room.. Was very nice of them. We had to go through lobby to get to pool due to COVID rules and they were always pleasant when going in and out. Room was clean and comfortable.
