Such a cute place, went here with my girlfriend for a three night stay and we’ve already planned to go again in two weeks. I cannot sing it’s praises enough, for the price this place is ideal. Everything it says on the tin and more is included along with a bubbly and warm atmosphere.

Went there for my anniversary with my girlfriend. We told them in advance that we were booking for an occasion and they gave us a room with a beautiful view of the shard and the London eye in the distance! Rooms were incredibly clean and customer service was great. Would definitely recommend and book again!

The hotel is lovely, very up to date technology wise. We thought there would be a couch in the room as every room that is advertised had the same pictures basically and we were disappointed to learn we didnt get one. The tv is in the kitchen so we couldnt watch it in bed which was disappointing and theres a big lampshade in front of it. Kitchen was good, oven a bit difficult at first but we worked it out. The aircon was also hard to use. There was a helpbook on the tv. It would help to print out a helpbook as hotels usually do and store it in a folder in the room aswell. And move the tv to bedrooms, or take away the ceiling light at least.
