THIS RITZ STINKS
I hope someone reads this before making the mistake I did. Do not automatically book this hotel if you think it will be like a normal Ritz Carlton. It is NOT !! It is old, has NO bar, lines of 20-30 people to get in the breakfast room and don't even think of taking a suite as the hallways stink from people cooking their own food. Ritz should pull their name from this hotel because if this was your first stay at a Ritz, you would never book one again.

The location of the property is ideal for those who like to explore, shop and eat at a wide variety of restaurants. There are perhaps no less than three malls within a five minute walk of the Ritz. One of the malls has three food courts contained within it. More generally, the hotel is a very well maintained facility and the crew seems to work hard at keeping it plush. I rated the staff and service a 4/5 as the front desk staff did not seem to be that friendly. However, Felix - the concierge - more than made up for the apparent inattentiveness on the part of the front desk. I must also add that the breakfast buffet was excellent! We truly enjoyed the variety and quality of the food which was served each morning. The table service staff there was befitting of the quality of the food being provided.
