Great location, parking very expensive. Place a little run down and smelled of marijuana

stay out all day and night..
Checkin staff weren't very helpful nor welcoming. Weird horrible smell all over the corridors and in the room not sure why. Balcony room by very busy road was noisy all day and night. Pictures are not representative of the quality in reality as the room needs updating. Pool area not to the standard expected from a hotel at the price either. Grossly overpriced and stars not representative of this hotel. Avoid unless you're planning on staying out all day and all night...

There is a night club inside the Hotel and the music goes on until very late. If you plan to travel for rest this hotel is not a good option.

The hotel has central air but its all tied together so at night so you have no temperature control whatsoever in your room. There are balconies with great views and large sliding doors to open to get fresh air ("air conditioning") but no screens so bugs came into the room. We couldn't sleep with it open at night. When we checked in, we were upcharged $50 per night for a room with two queen beds - the first time I've ever had to pay extra for two beds. Our room was situated over a club so all night long, we could hear the bass bumping through the floor. The hotel's solution? Ear plugs. When we checked into the room, it smelled like smoke. Clearly the last guest had been smoking in the room - quite a lot. No solution for the smell. No other rooms available. The front desk "comp'd" us a candle to burn - which doesn't clear out the smell at all. We then ended up being charged for the candle at checkout. The bathroom was spacious but the sink area was small. The room was fine but nothing incredible. The beds were on platforms and were fine - nothing special and not the most comfortable either of us have slept on. The room had cable but it was bootleg spliced and super pixelated. I can't believe how much money we paid to stay here. Also, Wifi was poor and low bandwidth. Want better? There's an upcharge for premium... We will never stay there again.

Room was ok, bed ok, beanbag in room - quirky. Bathroom ok. The problem is the service or lack of. Front desk hopeless, valet/bell boy disinterested and unhelpful. They don’t know service and are more interested in posing and thinking they’re cool -they’re not- they’re in the service industry and need to be reminded of that.
