Nice from the outside
Plug socket hanging off, no pillows or blankets in the room for the children. Very noisy at night. Offered a $60 upgrade on the room but charged $101.

Good hotel.
Hotel was great for location. Had trouble with noisy neighbors and had to call front desk twice as they forgot to log first complaint due to shift change. Otherwise great. Go to Walmart to buy your Disney characters half the price

Lovely Disney hotel
Great hotel, couldn’t have asked for more. We took the boat from outside the hotel to Hollywood studios and at night we walked to the boardwalk. Rooms were really fantastic too we had one with a balcony facing Epcot so we could see the fireworks.

Couple in 30’s
A bit outdated inside the rooms, small large single beds for couples, foyer and location excellent. Great bar as well! If you want it for parks all day, not a bad option given the price.
