Cross Country Stay
The front desk was very accommodating. The first room assigned was not cleaned completely as the sheets and towels were laying on the floor and the door was open. This was late afternoon when the cleaning staff had left. I was moved to a second room. The room was comfortable but there was laundry just down the hall and someone thought it a good idea to wash about 10-11PM with what sounded like tennis shoes rotating in the washer/dryer. We ate close to the hotel and did not explore the area.

Greaseball paradise!
Filthy! You know it's bad when you opt not to shower for fear you'll end up even more dirty. Deep clean desperately needed. King of fried chicken stayed in my room at some point, because huge, greasy hand prints all over every piece of furniture. Two palm prints on the head board (guess greaseball got lucky that night too... gross). Now that I think about it, maybe it wasn't fried chicken on those hands!!!! Hair in the sink, dog food morsels from previous guests on vanity, and months + full of lint and filth build up on floor along the walls of entire room. Pretty sure windows have never been cleaned... ever. Check in took forever and girl checking me in was in scubs and nothing worked or she didn't know how to work it. GM looks about 12 and clearly doesn't train housekeeping or front desk. Skipped breakfast based on chances of dying from some sort of food poisoning. Only plus side was there is an awesome park right next to hotel and location was good in nice part of town.

Not clean carpets. But worst part was noise of other guests (children) and Doors constantly slamming-- could not sleep.

Awesome service
I can't remember the young lady name who checked us in that morning 1-11-18. The customer service that she delievered was direct, professional and very informative. I'm big on first impressions and customer service. The breakfast was perfect especially the waffle/pancake bar. We checked out early so that we could continued on with our trip otherwise we would've stayed longer.
