Enjoyed our time on the ranch

Had an enjoyable 6-night stay at this property. You absolutely can't beat the price, and if you are looking for a low-key experience, you will enjoy it here. Our only minor quibble was that there is a good deal of road noise here, but we found ways to work around it (we use white-noise machines anyway), and we got used to it quickly. We would certainly recommend it as a very budget-friendly accommodation. Thank you for having us!

    double book

We did not get to stay at the property because Vrbo site book us while the property was already book. The owner call me to let me know that this property was already book and that she will refund me back my money which she did but Vrbo did not refund me back what was owed to me. They charged me a commission fee even though it wasn't my fault. We stayed at this property in the past and it was a beautiful experience plus the owners where really nice and catered to our needs.

    Coronavirus Vacation

Our stay was very relaxing even with everything in Florida shut down do to the Coronavirus which was no fault of the property owner it was just one of those things the whole nation is going through. We did relax, enjoyed the beach and was able to have our dog Ben with us. We stayed very little on the property because with the beach, fishing and traveling left little time at the property but was nice to see all the horses. Just hope our next vacation isn't derailed by a medical challenge.

My mother and I only stayed one night, but this spot was perfect. The rooms are lovely and my mom especially enjoyed seeing the horses. Thank you to our hosts!

    Gem in the rough!

The little room was quite adorable and looked just like the photos. Definitely in the middle of no where although I was a little surprised to hear as much of the traffic from I95 as I did at night. No reflection on the owners or the place in general, just a note to make. The detailed decor was fantastic and well thought out. I would definitely stay here again.

    Dirty. Cold. Dysfunctional. Smelly

The owners were kind, but the place was freezing and the one single portable heater they had could not make the room warm enough. We were miserably cold. The coffee maker was filthy and could not be used. There was no closet for hanging clothes and no table for projects. The one closet was filled with cleaning mops, etc. (Were we supposed to clean it?) There was a terrible odor in the bathroom from the pipes. We tried but the shower stream was painfully sharp and then you stepped out into a freezing cold room. We just left early and were very disappointed. The cabin was bare and the fire pit was full of cigarette butts. The rest of the property was OFF LIMITS as many signs reminded us. Getting to the house was confusing and poorly signaged. Tammy offered us a complimentary night to return, but we will definitely pass. Rustic does not have to mean primitive in our book.

Dreamy Getaway in the Heart of Florida

This property is incredible. We chose it because it took us away from the hustle of Orlando and we wanted to be close to the beach. It couldn’t have been more picturesque. Tammy & Dave made sure we were comfortable. We stayed for a week and the property had everything we needed. The stars are incredible. It’s a great location because we could zip twenty minutes to beach and restaurants and it was worth the drive down from MCO. We even went back to Orlando for Disney World one day. The suite was adorable - it’s charming and the bed was comfortable. A great setting for a relaxing Florida vacation!

    Rustic Gem

Property Owner/Manager, Tammy was extremely nice and very accommodating. Tammy left coffee, hot chocolate, snacks and bottled water. The property was rustic/shabby-chic and private. My husband and I enjoyed sitting outside under the star's. Just a hop skip and jump to all the local amenities.
