The hôtel is in front of the train station. Easy to take the transportation to downtown. Room was nice, bed confortable. For bad luck, the airconditioning was not working in the whole hotel, and the date we stayed the temperature was 31 dregrees celcious during the day. There was not offered even a fan to refresh the air in the room.

Comfortable, clean hotel in the centre of Graz. Handy parking under the hotel and the rooms are very quiet, comfy beds too. Breakfast (continental style) was good with loads of choice in a pleasant restaurant area.

Comfortable Hotel next to the local transport centre. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is very good with a large selection of good products. We had a problem with the garage payment which cost us 45mins to resolve.

Big rooms, clean and awesome staff

The hotel is placed in front of the train station making it ideal for commuting. The area is noisy if you want to sleep with the windows open. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is nice but if you want to buy it on the day it is more expensive than buying it in advance. The staff is VERY nice and helpful

We had a great stay at Austria Trend Hotel. It's location opposite the train station was ideal, so that we didn't have to travel far with our bags. The walk into the old town was about 15 minutes, but there were also regular trams and buses, so it was easy to get around. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable. There was an issue with the water for one of the days we were there and the staff went above and beyond to mitigate the disruption to us.

Austria Trend Hotel Europa Graz is a nice hotel. The bed was comfortable with soft pillows. We were happy that each of us has two pillows. The room was clean. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food and fruits. Staying in the hotel was a pleasant experience.
