Nice hotel in the heart of the old town
Nice hotel with contemporary decor adjacent to / in the old part of the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. The tech needs some attention - pictuer on TV kept breaking up and had to be fixed a couple of times. Wi-Fi coverage could be better. Would stay again if back in Puerto de la Cruz.

This is a gem of a hotel. Minimalist but has everything you need. It’s also situated in a very convenient location with many restaurants and things to see nearby including beaches and Loro park! The breakfast has a fantastic selection and the view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. Staff are courteous and helpful and the price is super reasonable! I highly recommend DWO Nopal!

Overall a pleasant experience, no parking close by unfortunately so it's at least a 10minute walk with cases to a car park that is not secure. The rooftop pool is nice but there is no bar service, it would add a lot of there was.
