Great hotel, excellent breakfast and room for all
We had a room for two adults and two children (14 and 10) and we had plenty of space for all of us and our luggage. Rooms are well done out and the reception area is very smart!

Very Modern, Clean, Quiet Room in a very convivial location. Slightly away from the hustle and bussle but yards from the Thames with access to the London Eye, Westminster and Tube.

Everyone Needs Coffee
Great location and comfortable rooms for a short stay. My only gripe is that there is only one coffee machine in the breakfast area for all guests. Queuing ten minutes just for a coffee is ridiculous. Get a few more.

Not really Waterloo
I would have expected for the hotel to be closer to Waterloo. We had to take a taxi from Waterloo station. It’s actually closer to Lambeth North so I feel the name itself misleads. The hotel itself is nice, very clean. Room was amazing. Breakfast was a but chaotic and for someone who does not eat meat, no many choices. I would have expected more variety. Eggs well over cooked. Guys were very busy and they did their best though. Room was value for money. Avoid breakfast at all cost! Not worth. Better off going outside. Reception staff very efficient
