Location is perfect and everything was very clean, but the double room is the smallest thing we’ve ever stayed in. We were shocked. I would stay at The Crystal Lodge again but definitely not a double.

The rooms are recently renovated, very clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed. Great pillows! It's quiet despite being right in the middle of Whistler Village. Reasonable price in the off season compared with other nearby hotels. Nice outdoor heated pool and big hot tub. I've stayed before and would stay again.

Room was a bit small. It was clean, but the toilet didn't flush right (took a minute holding down the button for it to slowly drain). Hot chocolate in the lobby was a nice touch but they need to double or triple the quantity as they ran out.
