Fajardo Inn

We had a short stay, the room was clean, the facilities were pretty. The only down part is that you have to make reservations for the pool because of the COVID protocol. Saturday and Sunday the breakfast can take a long time (1 hour). Oh there than that everything was great.

We had a great vacation. Stayed at Fajardo Inn for 11 days. Staff are friendly and attentive especially Clara and Rosie. Anything we needed, they were there to ensure our needs were met The security processes at check in and during the stay was on point. After hours the hotel is quiet. Highly recommend it. We will be returning.

Our stay was okay, I would’ve preferred paying more and staying at a actual resort. this hotel is trying to be a “resort” by giving out wristbands to guest but they don’t have 1/4 of the amenities a resort should have. It was also VERY far from the airport. As I said, I would’ve preferred to stay at an actual resort and pay a little more.

Stay away

Would not let us stay there because of Covid even though we had registered our negative Covid tests with the PR government. They kept our money even though we didn’t stay and we’re exceptionally rude and even hung up on me when trying to sort everything out with them. Place looked Nice enough but the staff was not reasonable or accommodating at all And demanded that we show them some code from the government, when the government officials told us specifically that no such code existed. Gave us the runaround and passed us to two different managers who both said it wasn’t their authority to make the decision and eventually said we have to talk to accounting.

La estadía muy buena lo único es que sólo tenía un solo restaurante disponible el otro está cerrado y cuando hicimos la reserva decía que habían dos. Tuvimos que salir fuera del hotel a desayunar. Por lo demás todo bien.

I liked the fact that the pool was opened until 8pm

Definitely didn’t expect the hotel to be that nice from the pictures. It was absolutely amazing, until the made threw all my snacks soap toothpaste, tshirts and everything away a day before i was scheduled to check out. At first they told me double check my room cause they touch personal belongings. I informs her ghat i had already double check everything so she contacted housekeeping. Housekeeping told her she thought i left. So my snacks were never retrieved.

This is a sort of a conference center. They have some hundred rooms or so, but when we visited there were only a handful of guests. We arrived early, around noon. They made a big deal out of their check-in time and would not let us check in early. The toilet flush handle broke. The pool is nice but hasn't been maintained well. Similar for the mini golf and other parts of the facility.
