Location was great, service from the staff was incredible. It was all inclusive. The beer, wine and cocktails was based on the lowest quality alcohol. The food presented well, but was horrific. We both got sick immediately,, and got worse. Every meal tasted awful. We ended up only eating bread.

We just returned from Viva Wyndham Maya and had a great time. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel itself was great. I would say the only thing that could use some improvement was a variety of food at the buffet as it is impossible to get into the Restaurants if you have a larger group. They needed more bar staff at the swim up pool bar and the bar behind it, the line ups were pretty long.

Food wasn’t good, could only book two reservations at the restaurant for a full week stay, struggled to find a place to sit down and when I did there was no cutlery. Ocean room view upgrade couldn’t see water at all, complete waste of money … all the staff were nice though.
