Won’t stay there again
A bit run-down, room was small and very dark with peeling wallpaper and creaky floors. And the “parking” was quite a walk—one street over—and valet-only (making it cumbersome to retrieve items). The website does not disclose this. And to boot, the desk clerk was decidedly unfriendly and unhelpful.

Not so good!
The hotel is out of the way and approx 15+ min walk to Wrigley. The room was very small, the bed very very uncomfortable and the bathroom had mold and hair on the floor and in the bathtub. It was definitely not worth the $489 and I won't stay there again.

Great room near Wrigley
Very quiet in a residential area and near the activities that we visited for. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside, and it's my fault, I should have check was that there was no air-conditioning. The room did have 2 ceiling fans that were able to adequately cool down the room.
