En primer lugar la manera en la que te reciben y apenas te contestan o bien ni siquiera de la política del hotel porque no tienen conocimiento de ello . Luego una vez que entras a la habitación es una cosa contraria la foto , ya que ellos te venden un producto y en realidad es otra cosa , no habían geles de ducha ni champú , eso te lo tenías que comprar tú mismo porque según ellos era innecesario . Con respecto a la limpieza un desastre porque venían hasta las 14:30h incluso , y apenas recogían la habitación , las sábanas no las cambiaban , hasta que se lo comentabas y ya las cambiaban . Sobre el transfer privado apenas te recibía y nos trataban como si fuésemos unas pulgas , el trato era inaceptable , era muy antipático . En el apartamento , concretamente la cocina no había campana.
