Lovely, spacious rooms

We didn't spend long in this hotel as our flight was delayed and we only booked it for one night. It was a shame as the family room was excellent, so spacious and clean with two bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and there was air-con. Excellent airport hotel option, much better than we expected.

Staff were very good. We were a party of 65 people and everything went smoothly. Manageress was most helpful in dealing with such a large group. All rooms sorted before we arrived and only charged for the breakfasts consumed. Would use Star hotels again.

Hello, the room was generally clean. However, the handle for the shower head in the bathroom appeared to have damaged or peeling paint, which caused a small cut on my hand. We hope this can be checked, and that the next guest and cleaning staff can be careful. Also, the air conditioning system could not be adjusted to produce cool air, which made the room feel quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Please look into this. Thank you.
