I have been back to the Norton grange hotel for a fifth time now and still enjoy going there. It never changes , as in it's staff are helpful and friendly the rooms are clean and spacious and comfortable the restaurant is very good with a great menu and tasty food. Lastly the amenities although I didn't get chance to use them are great .....there is a nice big pool a gym and sauna , steam etc they have it all. I will definitely be back again soon. 😊

The staff from the start were all lovely and helpful. I was welcomed very quickly and in a friendly manner. The parking was great and free, which was fantastic, and the hotel gave a feeling of luxury overall. The spa was delightful, and the lady at the entrance of it were very helpful as well. The room was clean, welcoming, and it took a bit of time to figure out the aircon but I got there eventually. The walls didn’t seem very thick, as we heard someone cough in the corridor, but overall we didn’t hear anything from any other guests nor staff. Overall a Very lovely experience, with the very minor detail that the plates during breakfast weren’t always the cleanest.

Overall a lovely hotel with both great points and a some not so great. Good - friendly staff, beautiful location, breakfast was fantastic! Nice to have the pool and spa - although this had some not so great rules. Beds were comfortable and the aircon during the heatwave was very much needed. Room for improvement - no safe or fridge in room. Cleaning was great on the surface but we had to move one of the beds to find something and found what looked like vomit underneath. Pool rules for children seemed overly restrictive especially during a heatwave. They could only use the pool between 8 and 10am and 3:30 to 5pm. This was fine for us, but as well as the time restrictions children were only allowed to swim in a single lane even with a nearly empty pool. Also the changing rooms were absolutely freezing!

Spa was lovely but not enough seats or beds round the pool for the amount of people using the facility. Privilege room was a lovely size, comfy bed and great shower. Bar/restaurant lacked atmosphere. Food was ok but more set up restaurant style than bar. Staff were all very friendly the only issue we had was housekeeping knocking on the door at 1115 when we didnt have to check out until so felt like we were being rushed out.

We booked this hotel and saw some of the reviews and were really anxious about what it was going to be like BUT and a big BUT we could not fault the stay whatsoever. Spa area was impressive with lots to offer well kept and clean. We had breakfast and the food was spot on. Staff were all super friendly and polite. The mini fridge was broken but still fully stocked with a vast array of drinks. Honestly you will not be disappointed if you go. I read the pool was could etc and for us it was beautifully warm maybe the other guests came when something was broken who knows but the place is amazing ❤️
