Great location and nice hotel
Friendly staff and perfect location. Our first room (although designated as a non-smoking room) smelt of cigarettes. A quick call down to reception and we were moved without any problems.

Good Location
Really good hotel which is ideally located. The family room is good in size with great amenities. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Only issue is the WiFi is very poor. As a Platinum member I had premium WiFi which made no difference. I could not even stream any shows.

Second time visiting, still as lovely as the first. Amazing location, just a shame the bar ran out of cherry beer :)

Adjacent Building Site - Avoid
2 Rude waiting staff on the Saturday and Sunday breakfast sitting Hotel tired needs updating especially bathroom Shower terrible Hotel adjacent very large building site which I was told would last 2 years! Ok if you don’t mind being woken up at 0730 hrs!!! And I’d asked for a quiet room

Good location good value hotel
Decent 3 star hotel close to the centre of town, half way from the train station. Good size rooms and comfy beds. Didn't have the breakfast.

2 night stay - very recommended hotel
Booked room with breakfast as the difference between a breakfast being included or not was only small, less than having to go out and eat. Very comfortable room, not perfect but very nice. There's building work going on to the side of the hotel that starts at 6.30am and is a bit noisy but otherwise very quiet. The room itself was amazing with two king-size beds. We had tea and coffee facilities (proper Nespresso type capsules, not instant). The breakfast is very nice with a wide selection of items that would suit everyone from eggs and sausages, cereals, fruit, yoghurts, cakes, bread, hams, cheeses and you can make your own waffles. Very nice and worth the extra cost. We also had a drink in the bar once night and they have a nice selection of beers, prices are not over inflated as they can be in some hotels. All in all and really nice stay and have to thank Laura on the reception desk who gave us lots of useful advice and help. Would definitely stay there again on the next visit.

Disappointing.Tired, dated, grubby, unfresh smell
Been staying at NH Brugge hotel for many years but sorry to say that standards have dropped considerably. The hotel room smelled very lived in and was tired, dated and grubby. Not the standard that we consider acceptable.
