Very bad experience. The room is very dirty with stains on the chair and walls. Cold because the heating i not working properly. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Not recommended for anyone to go there. I definitely will not gthere again.

Was really untidy outside the hotel. Bin bags in our doorway. Smelt horrible when we walked in. The door to our room was left open when we arrived so anyone could have gone in there. People shouting down the halls. Stains on the floor in the room. Wasnt clean

Excellent value for money
Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was excellent and staff went out of their way to serve us. Bringing bacon butties for our daughters who weren’t going to get up in time. This was offered to us not requested. Simply outstanding service!
