About The Ritz London

Iconic luxury hotel in West End, near Buckingham Palace

Classic opulence
One of the world’s most famous luxury hotels, The Ritz London sparkles in the heart of Piccadilly in the West End. You'll be steps from the Tube, and a pleasant stroll from Buckingham Palace through neighboring Green Park.

An attraction in itself
Theaters, restaurants, and shops teem in nearby streets, and you escape the bustle in St. James’s – London’s oldest Royal Park. Yet The Ritz isn't just surrounded by attractions – for many, it is the attraction!

Putting on the Ritz
Guests heartily recommend The Ritz's famous afternoon tea, featuring smoked salmon sandwiches, freshly baked scones, and clotted Devonshire cream. Reserve a table at the Michel Star winning The Ritz Restaurant on Saturdays, and you'll be treated to live music and 4 courses of decadent British cuisine.

Glorious guestrooms
The Ritz London's high-ceilinged guestrooms live up to their reputation for classically opulent style. You'll feel like you're sleeping in a French château, with some rooms boasting beautiful antiques, heavy curtains, and ornamental fireplaces. All rooms include complimentary wireless Internet access, TVs with DVD players, and iPod docking stations.

The ritz stay for 21st birthday.
Was absolutely spoilt by all staff, made our weekend away really special, loved it all!

The Ritz London
Amazing decor and service. Could fault it just one small thing really would have liked a duvet instead of a sheet and thin blanket had to use the dressing gown for extra warmth.

Lack of sleep and a tea making machine!
I have staying in many hotels throughout the world for the state, Dubai and around Europe. I thought this would be obviously one of the best experiences. Sadly I was kept awake by the loud music at about 12:30 am below. We were in the first floor. I was very surprised and disappointed there wasn’t a tea making machine, even just for hot water as I wanted to have a hot water a couple of times. There was hair on the bathroom floor also. So sadly, while I was expecting it to be amazing due to the price, I’m afraid to say I was disappointed. I’ve never actually written a bad review.

The Ritz London
Special treat. All you'd expect from a top end hotel. Gives a perspective how wealthy people travel.

The Ritz London
A beautiful and traditional hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, dining room was stunning, waiters were quick and helpful. The staff upgraded my room, the bed was absolutely incredible, I was very happy and would return again without hesitation.
