Small rooms and poor water pressure
Rooms were smaller than the pictures made them look online, bathrooms were also small. The water pressure in the shower was not that strong and the water in the shower could have been warmer. Also when we asked for the hotel to hold bags before our flight they charge $2.00 per bag, all other hotels do this free of charge.

Great for a solo trip to NYC
Not the The Paramount Hotel from the 90s for sure. It was once so fun and lively with restaurant and bar and such a scene. It's just ok for a crash pad. The rooms are small and it's a great location in the theatre district.

Far from perfect, but clean.
It's OK overall. Clean. A bit noisy which is to be expected. Water flow in the shower is very weak and pretty much constant temperature. You can't really make it hot or cold. Check-in desk is kinda small and prone to long lines.

Worst experience ever
My mom, my girls, and I come to NYC a lot and this was the worst stay we have ever had. The people at check in were so rude to both my mother and I. The bathroom only provided two bath towels. There were no hand towels or wash cloths. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
