8/10 Very good

The rooms were amazing, as were the grounds. The only thing that could be improved is the restaurant. The food was very mediocre and overpriced for what was essentially uninteresting pub food. I wouldn’t eat there again. But the staff was very friendly.

The hotel is brilliant and beautiful. The only drawback is that for such a nice hotel the restaurant is mediocre at best. Not worth the price they charge and the offerings are just as common an a below average pub menu. Even the burgers were ‘meh’ according to my teens. My Caesar salad was even less tasteful. Restaurant aside, the grounds and facilities were fantastic!

Nice clean room - got an upgrade due to a noisy team building day next to our original room, which was appreciated. Restaurant food quality was delicious! Sauna and steam room were a little lacklustre - they could have benefited from being more powerful.
External grounds are impressive
Bar area was very cosy

Our stay at Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the sheer beauty of the property, set in a picturesque location that immediately invites you to relax and unwind. The hotel itself is stunning, full of character and charm, with immaculate grounds that are clearly very well cared for. Every detail, from the elegant interiors to the tranquil outdoor spaces, adds to the overall experience of luxury and calm. Our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully presented, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the stay. The peaceful surroundings ensured a great night’s sleep, away from any noise or distraction. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout, always happy to help and ensuring everything ran smoothly. It really added a personal touch to the visit. Overall, this is a truly beautiful hotel in a serene setting, perfect for a relaxing break. I would recommend Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa without hesitation and would happily return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa for 2 nights after Christmas as a family of 5. We have been here before but this time we stayed in the main manor part of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing, dinner was delicious too! Service from everyone who works in the hotel were just brilliant! We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, and we will no doubt be coming back again.

6/10 Good

Stayed in barn room. Corridors smelt heavily of damp. Room was clean but well worn with stains on carpet and drawers that didn’t stay closed. Limited hanging storage. Nice grounds and spa good. Very friendly and helpful staff. However, waited over an hour for dinner order to arrive in the restaurant. Also, breakfast buffet needs replenishing/monitoring more frequently. Plus toaster needs replacing as unsafe. Good location.

6/10 Good

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Spotless spa and swimming pool. Let down by quality of breakfast ingredients, dirty plates/glasses (needs someone to check dishwasher and polish glassware). Easy parking, convenient for Stratford. I would stay again at a discounted rate, but breakfast elsewhere.

The whole hotel gives a welcoming feeling. The room we book was beautiful, overlooking the gardens. The bed was so large you could get lost in it. I loved the quirky library, bar and lounge areas just to sit and relax. I i would highly recommend

Breakfast selection was good. Fresh ingredients and freshly prepared.Good portions. Good service. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Very comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked, and the lounge areas are comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool/sauna & steam room. Dinner menu was ok. Not a massive choice, and a bit pricy. But good food & ingredients.Portions were a bit diappointing though. Overall a great stay and will definately return. The beautiful building & friendly staff really make this place. Also a short drive of just 15 minites to Stratford, which is well worth a visit.
