The room was fine, clean etc. we did have an issue with the door lock, it wouldn’t unlock, but fortunately the hotel staff came to the rescue and repaired the door lock. The features were fine and we had no complaints. This is my favorite Barbados hotel, and when I return next time the Accra will be my first choice.

Loved everything about it: location next to Rockley/Accra Beach, the Southside Boardwalk with restaurants and beautiful views, the large, clean pool, very helpful staff - even brought a higher chair with arms for us to sit in at the pool. Room was large and had whatever we needed. Our only quibble was our room balcony,108, faced a wall - the pool view was off to the side. Will go back.

A quick review - the hotel was slightly outdated as was noted in many reviews, but it was clean, everything worked and met the standard need for a vacation. The staff was pleasant but lacked some details to help, no one explained things like where to get coffee or some other basic stuff. The beach was amazing - everything was fun and enjoyable. A few minor changes and I would be giving this a 5 star review.

The hotel is very nice and on a beatiful easily accesible beach (Rockley Beach). The staff are very nice and helpful. However, we were on the 3rd floor and there was a problem with the water pressure.There was no hot water and not enough water to take a shower, and sometimes to even flush the toilet. We heard from several guests that this had been going on for a while. Lucky for us the water came on after 3 days of washing in the ocean.
