A beautiful modern hotel with wonderful views of the ocean. I loved the fact that there was a small mirror on a stand which I could move around, it was like my one at home and was perfect to do my make up in. The poolside service was a great touch and the staff were really attentive and friendly.

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff! Everyone was only too happy to help. It made our stay really enjoyable especially Rey in the restaurant who was so lovely and made us laugh.

Front reception were unwelcoming and cold. Our room was not ready for the check in time we were allocated. Staff at the poo, Reflections bar and Sandbar were great.

The hotel was amazing and so were the staff, exceptional. The pictures on Hotels.com’s website were a little misleading as the suite I thought I was booking wasn’t actually what I got. That said, I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel for the quiet part of an active holiday in Florida after having visited the parks.

Opal Sands - doesn’t live up to the hype
Nice hotel, however staff weren’t that friendly. Found this at reception and also the both restaurants. Refreshments not always available on each pantry as advertised, also noise is a problem, sounds installation is really poor, especially when pool is open to 11pm and kids running up and down corridors. Wouldn’t stay again, there are probably better hotels with better service for the price
