Great location. Staff very friendly. Small spa on site available for 1 hour slots pre booked. Which was great. Dining staff wonderful and beautifully attentive. Breakfast was lovely. However having paid for breakfast included we were then presented with an extra options menu ranging from15-30euro each. We personally would rather pay extra total price and have all breakfast options included. Our only other criticism is that our room was very warm - set at 25degrees, whilst there was air con in the room we were told that because it is winter the air con is off. They told us heating was off to our room but despite the window being open it stayed extremely warm.

It is a place to visit and have a beautiful breakfast with harp playing in the rotonda outside … the updated rooms are extraordinary but the ones that have not yet gotten the make over are absolutely a nightmare ! Make sure to point that out at ck in and or when making reservations . We had to switched rooms twice .
