Go to another hotel:-(
Hotel rooms need urgently an extensive upgrade. Room service is a disaster – no service provided for one of three days of the stay, broken shower has not been repaired, even if a request for repair has been made at the first day, … . Overall conclusion – this is barely a three star hotel. There are definitelly much better hotels in Budapest than this one for the same price.

Be careful about extra charge

Room for improvement
The quality of the room was very good but the comfort of the room was let down by insufficient air conditioning. Room temperature for me is extremely important to obtain a good sleep. Generally the hotel is good value for money and is close to the city.
