Great hotel, ripped off by recommended taxi
The stay itself was excellent and good value for money. The only negative that cast a shadow over the experience was the hotels/staff organising transport to the airport. I requested that reception order a taxi to the airport which they did. I should have been alerted by the friendly chat the staff member had with the person she called. The taxi took 20 mins to arrive. The driver came into the hotel looking like he just left a modeling job! The taxi had no meter and charged me 55 euro for the 15 min trip to the airport. In comparison the official taxi from the airport the day before after 40 minutes in traffic was 35 euro I do not know if the girl who ordered it is on commission but this was a rip off. When you are in a foreign country getting to an airport you are in no position to argue. A professional hotel should not employ rip off merchants to transport their guests. The taxi was order from reception at 11 am March 15th.

Pretty pricy for what we got but was adequate for our stay. The room was very small and you had to pay for clean linen and the laundry service was expensive. Location wasn’t great, you had to walk a fair distance to get anywhere but was ok for our 3 days.

Facing a big street, this hotel room was not very clean (dusty air filters, sticky floor) and lacks some basics (no coffee maker, there was only one small spoon, etc). Long waiting times at the check-in. My special request that had been confirmed in written form before arrival didn't work out (invoicing issue). Not satisfied and won't come back. A pity, since the price is really good for Paris.

Pros: Close to public transport nearby. Cons: Not super clean. And then they asked you to clean dishes and take out trash (you had to bring it down an area by the lobby). Never had to do that before.

It is a fairly decent property. It is a bit far from Paris, but close enough to metro stations. I like that it had all the amenities mentioned and we could prepare our own meals. The staff was helpful and overall it was a good experience. One suggestion l would make is to make sure front desk knows which rooms are clean. We were booked into a dirty room. However, the staff quickly rectified it.

Clean rooms and responsive staff
The hotel was clean and decent. We booked a room with 2 twins, but was given a double bed room when we checked in. The hotel staff was quick to fix this by changing our rooms to what we reserved. We needed to leave a piece of id to borrow a hair dryer and id is returned when we give the hair dryer back. Housekeeping is on the weekly basis. Our stay was for 5 nights, so we never had housekeeping in our room. However, we had a clogging issue with our shower drain and the hotel was very responsive and had that resolved quickly.
