The highest level of excellence in all areas from the the initial welcome, the service which was faultless, the amazing room and the grounds which are incredible. The room was beautiful we stayed in the Jade room. The steam room was an added bonus which we enjoyed very much. The restaurant was amazing we went for the 40 year anniversary menu which did not disappoint at all. The garden was also a delight. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that it was too short! I will definitely go back.

Absolutely incredible attention to detail. Every unthinkable whim has been thought of. If you have the idea they have already executed it. The only issue is 1 night is not enough and with 32 different styled rooms you just want to experience them all.
