Had a lovely room with view of skyline London. Nice and quiet room. Stayed for two nights. Great Location. Hotel is new and modern and all very clean and fresh. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and will be staying there again.

Special became unspecial
This was a last minute booking (booked it the night before I went to the hotel) for a celebration. Good thing I went to the hotel early because I found out I do not have a reservation with them. Apparently Hotels.Uk did not forward to the hotel my confirmation booking. The Londoner had to do a manual booking which is fine (almost 2 hours waiting this time). I am still patient that time and was told the room is not yet ready which I said is okay and did not expect it will take me another hour before I can fully check in. So total of 3 hours waiting made me really upset and stressed. We almost declined the reservation but gave it a chance since we came to the hotel for our celebration. Our stay was not the most comforting I would say. Something special became unspecial because the whole process of getting checked in and getting a room ruined it. Only if the hotel was expecting us I think will somehow prevent this catastrophy. The pool was crowded too and not too big as per the picture. Buffet breakfast is grand but not too appetizing for me. The bed is great but not the main highlight for me. I do not think I'll come back to this hotel. The only good side here is that it is located in Leicester square.

Good hotel and service, security guard was not
Good stay, hotel was clean and managed to fulfil my request of a twin room. I stayed on a Friday night and came back at 2:30am. The security officer at reception very rudely and abruptly stopped me from entering. Asked me if I had a room here and I said ‘yes’ and he just used his hands to usher me along. Didn’t say anything, just shoo’ed me away. Didn’t expect to visit the hotel and to not be treated like a human though. I understand at night in the early hours in the morning you need a security guard at the door to stop random people from entering, but they equally need to have a level of customer service and an element of ‘treat people how you want to be treated’
